I rescued Wilbur from an old thrift shop. I traded a restored camp oven for him. We took him to our first vintage market event. He was an instant hit. We were very surprised at how many people stopped by just to check him out. I decided to restore him as soon as we got home.

I took him home and put him in the electrolysis tank for several days. He came out clean with a few blemishes to give him character.

Cast Iron Collector and Restorer
I have been collecting cast iron for many years. I take great pride in restoring these beautiful old pans to there original glory. From great grandma's 100 year old hand me down to modern skillets.
Only Use Safe Cleaning Technique
I have cleaned a lot of different kinds of cast iron. Some have been irreplaceable to the owners. I take the utmost care to insure that your grandma's priceless cast iron pan is restored to it absolute best. I use an electrolysis tank to restore all my pieces. This is the safest and most complete way to restore any iron material. It removes rust, carbon buildup, paint and any other coating. Restores it back to bare metal. No potentially damaging techniques such as fire, wire wheels, etc. are ever used.
Seasoning
All cookware is seasoned after the cleaning process is complete. Different kinds of oils are used depending on the piece and it usage.
Tools are cleaned and coated with a light oil. This will prevent any new rust from reforming and lubricate all moving parts.
DROP OFF POINTS FOR RESTORATION AND CLEANING
I have drop off points in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I have a booth in all of these locations. The front desk will take your cast iron. Tag it with your name and phone number. I pick up weekly.
